What this site collects
There is no account, no sign-up and no email capture anywhere on it.
What is not collected
There is no account system on ToolDrift. Nothing asks for a name, an email address or a payment method, because there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy. No advertising, session-replay or fingerprinting script is loaded on any page.
Analytics
Aggregate page views are recorded to know which pages are worth keeping. That data is not tied to an identity, is not sold, and is not shared with advertisers.
Session recordings
Analytics here includes session replay: a reconstruction of how a page was used — clicks, scrolls, pointer movement, and which pages were opened in what order. Everything typed into a field is masked in the browser before it is sent, so text you enter is never captured. It exists so that a flow which breaks for someone can be watched back and fixed rather than guessed at. Recordings are processed by PostHog and deleted after 30 days.
What the host sees
The site is served by Vercel. Like any web host, its edge network records ordinary request data — the IP address a request came from, the page requested, the time, the user agent and the referring page — in operational logs it keeps for a limited period to serve traffic and defend against abuse. That data is Vercel’s to hold under its own policy, and it is not read, exported or joined to anything by this site.
The API
The JSON API is read-only, unauthenticated and open to any origin. It takes no credentials, so there is nothing to identify a caller by beyond the same host-level request data above. Calls are not rate-limited per user, because there is no user.
What is published
Everything here is measured from public sources — vendors’ own pricing and home pages, public GitHub repository metadata, and public model usage data. No private, purchased or scraped-from-behind-a-login data is used, and no individual person is a subject of anything published here.

If any of the above stops being true, this page changes with it, in the same commit. It describes what the site does today rather than what it intends. Corrections to anything published here, including a status or a price read wrongly off a vendor’s page, go to hello@kynth.studio. The method page describes how each figure is derived.
